Check79 is a private, local-first mental-health tracking app built around daily yes/no logging for the PHQ-9 and GAD-7. Instead of relying on memory to answer “over the last two weeks,” Check79 helps you log symptoms one day at a time and then rebuilds rolling 14-day scores and trends automatically.
