Customer service has kept me waiting more than 30 mins on the phone while in a queue - I hung up in the end. The chat is not much better, non responsive at its worst, and achingly slow at best sprinkled with a touch of didn’t read my earlier messages. Payment process days payment accepted but doesn’t actually charge any money or allow you to proceed with the purchase. I can only guess where my card details, entered twice, are actually going. Desktop upload functionality doesn’t work either. Tried 6+ times over 2 days. No solutions offered by support.
