再起動しても戻らなかったので、アプリ側の問題だと思われます。

コンプリケーションの円グラフには本日が期限のタスクのみ反映されるようにしてほしい。あと私の環境(iOS10、iPhone6s)だとデフォルトのリストを変更しようとするとアプリが落ちる。
