## What is Checked! Task and Calendar Pro?

Checked! Task and Calendar Pro seamlessly integrates multiple calendar accounts, notes, and tasks in one application following the SMART system that combined the best of task management methodologies. Add all calendar accounts in the Calendar section in the account setting and you will have access to all the calendar items, notes, and tasks. If you enable personal Apple iCloud, you will have access to the same tasks across all your iPhone, iPad, and Mac devices.

Natively developed for the Apple platform with zero data shared with the Developer.

INTERFACE

Superfluid user interface with multiple themes and font size support. Support both List and Kanban Board style.

Smart Add featuring natural language parsing for extremely fast event creation:

THE PRIORITY SYSTEM

Not all tasks are equal. Some are urgent. Others are "maybe someday" tasks. We use the SMART methodology with three categories:

• High - Critical Now: Tasks that must be done today no matter what…you’d stay late at work for these.
• Normal - Opportunity Now: Tasks you would complete within a week and you check them once a daily.
• Low - Over the Horizon: Tasks you’d complete when you have time and you check them biweekly.
