As a company we're moving everyone over from our old app Gas Checker to our new app, Checker. We sent out an email with instructions of how to do that and once migrated across not to go back to the old app. This is what happened: You had moved over to the new app and then decided to go back to the old app and edit an invoice. (this could have been our issue and may not have communicated it effectively enough) then when on the new app the invoice hadn't updated you got in touch with support to complain and report the issue. (on a Friday night) Within 48 hours the issue was fixed. We emailed you 3x over the 48 hour period with what had happened, what we are gong to do to resolve it and when the resolution will be implemented. We then applied the fix in the background emailed you to let you know it was sorted and then even whatsapped you to check that you had received our emails.
