I appreciate it because I hate having to go to my nearest Checkers and then waiting instead of order ahead of time. Besides the one offer when you download the app they dont give offers and its a pain to get even just 5 dollars worth of food. Only gives it back a few days later. It just did the same for me with the exact same deal, took my $10 order and accepted it but almost immediately canceled the order. Disappointing because I love the food but the mobile app has been extremely frustrating to use. There are certain menu options that automatically include bacon, but there isn't an option to remove it from the menu on the app. I have brought it up to the staff multiple times before and was told that they could do nothing about it since the staff wasn't aware and they're trained to cook those items with bacon unless told otherwise. The problem is that the app does not provide any opportunity to put an option of "no bacon". I had to contact corporate to resolve it, adding an unnecessary middleman and making the entire process more complicated than it needed to be. It is a very unfortunate since there are many people who cannot or do not want to eat pork for various reasons.
