All coupons thrown in one place, now I have to sift through all to see what is applicable to my region. Not very customer centric!!! ### 1/5 — App keeps crashing *2013-07-15, version 1.2* App crashes seconds after being opened. Tried restarting & closing all background apps, doesn't help. ### 1/5 — Crashes constantly on iPhone 5 *2013-06-03, version 1.2* It is a very unstable app crashing constantly. I cannot find a way to remove items from shopping basket and delivers incorrect coupon code at register!!! Not even to their own shopping app Sixty69. You can’t even select the text to search for the item in the Sixty60 app. Of what use is this!!!! ### 1/5 — Really poor *2021-09-09, version 5.2.12* I have tried five times with three resent PIN numbers and they keep getting rejected. Sorry, I don’t have time for this, and there is no way to contact anyone. ### 1/5 — No App for old iPhones *2020-06-09, version 5.1.6* Your app update requires iOS 13 or later but Apple stopped support for older iPhones at iOS 12. So now people with older phones can’t use your app. That’s stupid. Response from developer: "Hello FreeTigger. We apologise for the compatibility issue with the latest release of the app. Our future releases are required to adhere to Apple's official software development kit (SDK) update guidelines. These state that apps for iPhone or iPad must be built with the iOS 13 SDK or later. This means that if you do have an iPhone 6s or later, you can upgrade your phone's OS to version 13 and still use the Checkers app, however, older phones won't be accommodated. Our apologies again." So how is it that EVERY OTHER APP on my phone continues to update and work? Lazy developing! I would find a different developer if I were Checkers. **Developer response:** Hello FreeTigger. When signing up online, no email is sent for verification. Just downloaded this app as its for the store that I like most and it doesn't even open. Perhaps a "show each time" checkbox on the instructions. Small suggestion: the app should categorize coupons by product type and add the ability to search through current coupons. My X-tra save card is hard to access and does not show the barcode so the cashier has to type in the long code. **Developer response:** Hello djdesafrican. Thanks for leaving us a review.
