A growing issue across many multiplayer games today. It’s too bad there are not any people to play with. I remember the old fireside checker rooms on aol and yahoo games were great before ppl botted with Sage and worse programs. Now with the way AI is progressing why not set one to discover botting in checkers and all games for that matter? It’s pretty a pretty easy concept, a human can only calculate so fast. You know your games and can set the variables that govern it’s responses. Put a timer on play and if a move is made at an unattainable human calculated speed for said “rank” / experience what ever then the AI can auto kick the cheater. It’s not perfect but it’s a start. You gamer devs need to do something to fight back, this is only going to get worse. I don’t know a single person my age interested in the next shooter like a halo/cod/battlefield. 90% of the population is using a Cronus Zen or worse on PC’s so what is the point. The only game that will blow up this year is going to be the depravity driven Grand Theft Auto. Our dominance in sports, innovative abilities and superior hand eye coordination are being lost to Chinese based companies who push botting devices across as many outlets as possible. Not even checkers is safe, as a matter of fact chess and checkers were some of the first games these programs were proven on. It’s time you guys get off the chair and get together and make some universal changes to coding in direct coordination with an AI based platform. I don’t own a fur coat and I can’t magically take you to the Mountain Dew. The only way to stop this wave of skill sapping exploited coding, and bring humans back to the game is to use the very exploits against them. It’s high time one or all of you guys sit down and make a universal anti code to catch this as it’s being scripted, in real time on your platforms against you and us. I love it and it is perfect for people who are just learning to play Checkers. Also another amazing feature is that you can pick what colour you are and you can pick one player or two player. Also made moves I did not ask it to. I played a second time to see if I was just experiencing fat fingers syndrome, but that was not the case. Horrible Checkers version.
