The functionality is basic and limited. If a company was vested in their product one would expect any update at least once a year to keep up with their peers. ### 1/5 — Far Too Limited Functionality *2024-07-08, version 2.6.13* Come on Checkfront you can do much better than this. Should be able to have a good amount of the web interface functionality in an app. For my purposes this is nearly useless. ### 1/5 — Horrible and makes me very angry that I'm forced to use it. *2024-04-13, version 2.6.13* The mobile web-based version isn't much better either. ### 2/5 — Lacks the most basic functions *2023-08-16* This app lacks any kind of useful functionality, you can’t change bookings or see them in time order without going to the actual booking . Can’t see if customers have signed a waiver. It really only can check someone in. That’s all. Not all business have a computer or internet , some are off grid and rely on phones . Whilst Checkfront in general have great customer service there are a lot of things that need work. . Sorry guys but this is a major downfall.
