Can’t see if customers have signed a waiver. It really only can check someone in. That’s all. Not all business have a computer or internet , some are off grid and rely on phones . Whilst Checkfront in general have great customer service there are a lot of things that need work. . Sorry guys but this is a major downfall. Can’t access any information on an invoice beyond notes and payments. ### 4/5 — Great program, good app! *2020-10-10, version 2.6.13* Really great program, the browser based system is amazing! There is no way to see the booking times or calendar layout. You need to click into every booking for the info. You can't edit any products or anything useful, that other ecommerce apps can do. It's quick and let's me see what's going on at a glance in my business. The functionality is basic and limited. If a company was vested in their product one would expect any update at least once a year to keep up with their peers. ### 1/5 — Far Too Limited Functionality *2024-07-08, version 2.6.13* Come on Checkfront you can do much better than this. Tried to delete and reinstall: same. App launch, I hit "plus" symbol to create a booking and finally try to add items. App crashes at this moment and close. That ability to check dates on my phone when I’m out on the lake and immediately respond to customers with up to date availability take the stress out of managing bookings. Checkfront and team behind it are rock stars; they listen and then iterate (while being sure to not make this another bloated cloud software offering that becomes the kitchen sink of every person's requests). It is super easy to get stated with and yet (like a great designed Apple product) has a wealth of power features under the hood when you need them. Once they connect to Zapier we are off the races and Checkfront will become the TOP PMS in the industry! ### 5/5 — Amazing *2016-10-12, version 2.4* Honestly the best thing to happen to our business in the 26 years we have been renting.
