It is easy to create a report after the templates are in place. It is handy to use in the field with a tablet. Reports can be emailed through the app.
Only drawback is you can only send a PDF to others. I did not find a way to send the app file or template to another app user. I might be missing it, but app functions are pretty basic.

After spending a lot of time and money on other options this is by far the best and most suited for personalising reports. I would agree it would be nice to be able to edit the pass/fail/na section as it’s not always relevant to the question. Also the ability to add a category or question once you have started an inspection. Other than that its absolutely perfect and the final emailed report have got many positive feedback from my customers

Would be really helpful if the ability to export to a CSV file could be added as per Site Audit Pro. This would enable a semi-automated upload into asset systems which would massively improve the value of this app to organisations. I would immediately purchase and roll out to my team of 20 inspectors corporately rather than just using on my personal tablet. Edit function giving the ability to change pass/fail to yes/no, compliant/non-compliant is the second tweak I see as essential.

Great app love using it, but like others have said, being able to change PASS/FAIL or something else would good, as would being able to add additional questions whilst in the inspector, because once the template is created, and you start an inspection you can’t add questions you may have missed.

This app is a very useful tool when carrying out my site audits. 
I agree with some other reviews on that some customisation of pass/ fail and others would be better as not many people have passed fail on the audits? Being able to change this may be beneficial to some. that said, I think the app is great and I have created a few audits to suit my business. Thanks

I have a couple requests:

-Can you create a version for iPhone?
-Can create a “minimal theme”? No cover page, title on the top of the first page and more compact to fit more on each page? I don't know if that’s possible
-Add options to not be just “pass fail”? Like “yes no” or “started not started”

The app is great and makes my life much easier when doing site inspections, but I miss the scores per categories and the score pie chart when exporting a report and not just on the app.
Hope this is something that can be implemented.

Useful tool but agree with previous reviewers, export to csv and option to change pass/fail to yes/no, compliant/not compliant or add phrases of choice. I have suggested before but it doesn't appear that the Veam team have any plans to develop the software further or support user recommendations for improvement, which is a shame!

Excellent tool to record site inspections. Very flexible with creating our own templates. 
Only disappointment is I couldn’t change the Pass/Fail options. 
Also nice to have text feature in annotations

Awesome app. It would be great to add set disclaimers or bodies of text below the overall comments. Adding logos to each page as well as the prepared by and for from the main page to the footer of each page would be a nice touch. Having the ability to import additional docs to the report would be ideal.

I like the ease of use and the presentation format of this tool. However, it would be good to have scoring flexibility, currently pass/fail and not everything is as simplistic as black and white. Some of my clients don't like it because of this and they prefer me to use iAuditor.

The presentation of this app and the subsequent reports are glorious compared to others but I think it is let down by the fixed pass fail options. Flexibility to change these to your own, even as simple as yes/no, would be the icing on the cake.

This app has really helped me to improve the surveys that I conduct. There are however some things that need to be improved. Links to send emails with assigned actions and email reminders for outstanding actions would be great. I do get a few glitches from time to time as well. Being able to further customise the reports would help. Changing pass and fail to Yes or No would be a good option. There are other things as well that slip my mind but all in all it is a useful tool, it could just be better.

I have been using site auditor since middle of last year and it is great about you can change the report to suit the client and the environment you are inspecting.
I would like to change the red and green to have red, amber and green and blue, I wonder whether this could be changed?
Very good system apart from that.

I have used this app for a few different inspection templates, I find that it works really well for me. The templates are easy to set up and once the inspections are completed it’s very simple to generate great looking reports with photos to share with any steak-holder. The only improvement that I would suggest is the ability to use it from the iPhone as well. I find that lugging around the iPad (my latest is the large pro) to be quite cumbersome. The iPhone would make it a nimble tool and far more “on the run” user friendly. I realise the smaller screen is a trade off, but one I would welcome. Hopefully a future improvement consideration to have the choice of devices. Thanks in anticipation. Fingers crossed.

I could write volumes on this app, but very quickly - here is the deal.  It takes you a a little while to set up the template for your specific project whether it be civil inspections or safety inspections. I am a corporate safety manager and have done several templates and save them inside the app. Let’s face it, every project has its own anomalies that have to be inspected so there is no magic template. However, when the templates are finally made, it takes only a few minutes to fill them out. 
Filling out the form is very easy and nonproblematic. 
Once the audit or inspection is complete, a few clicks of a button and it produces a very professional and more importantly - it creates a VERY impressive format that makes it look like you spent hours compiling and formatting.  It creates the final compiled report in a PDF format, which can be printed or submitted electronically. I have had numerous compliments on the quality and professional Malachi of the reports this app has generated. It is amazing how easy it is to do an audit and to compile this impressive report.
I absolutely love this app and cannot do without it.
