You can’t order your lists in the main menu as was possible before. Well, when they applied an update all my items disappeared. I contacted the developer and explained the the problem and they said they would look into the problem and get back to me. As of now, I haven’t heard one word as to why I lost all of my items after the update. Because of the lack of response and the indifference in attitude I’m deleting this app and using another task app. When you add items they should preserve what has been added during the update. There are may tasks apps and I’m going to use another. ### 3/5 — I did love it! *2022-06-10* I have loved this App for the 2 years I’ve had it. I used it for everything!! Then last week I opened it to add something to a list I had for vacation and all my lists were GONE!! No warning or anything. I’m so mad I can’t retrieve any of the lists I’ve made. ### 2/5 — Your update just deleted all most old checklists *2022-06-09* I was using your app to help run a small business. Looks like you pushed an update that now requires users to be logged in. I don’t think your previous version even required users to log in. Anyways, after the update I was forced to create an account and now all my lists have disappeared. This is the second time that has happened to me with this app and it’s so hard to rebuild. I relied on this for my bills and when they were due and now I’ve lost all of it. After a lengthy sign-up process, which took me to their home page. I could not get the app to sign-in on my phone. Still cannot log in and developers not responding Don’t waste your time ### 1/5 — Catch 22 *2021-08-31, version 2.9* Password requirements from the verification email requires a special character. The app will not accept special characters so I can’t long into the app. ### 1/5 — Won't allow me to sign in *2021-04-19, version 2.9* I am trying to login to the app, both with FB and Google, it won't allow either to work. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2020-12-08, version 2.9* Downloaded it, created an account and password and then tried to log on. No go, says password is invalid. Clicked forgot password, put in email and waited.......still waiting. Would love to try it but had to delete because it just doesn’t work right out of the gate. ### 1/5 — Can’t log in *2020-12-02, version 2.9* This app works fine on my android devices, and I can go to the web site with no problems. But this OS version won’t let me log in. It used to work, but now it closes a few seconds after I open it. The couple times it let me type in my login, it wouldn’t take it. Good thing I use my android most of the time, anyway. ### 1/5 — Can’t register *2020-07-04, version 2.9* Nor sign in with google- this is not a trusted/verified app. ### 3/5 — Almost a Perfect Checklist ... Almost *2020-01-04, version 2.9* As a CDL driving instructor I like to refer to checklists to make sure I cover everything with my students. The frustrating part is that almost every checklist app out there doesn’t come even close to what I need except this one. This one is okay, and I am currently using it, but I’m still seeking a better app. PROS: Ability to do subcategories to make a complete pretrip inspection. Ability to add notes for each item. CONS: You absolutely can NOT delete an item once you’ve created it. At least not on IOS. In order to delete an item, you have to have access to an Android device, sign on to your account there, load the checklist, make your edits, then refresh here on IOS to see the changes. Very annoying. Also, I wish that item notes would wrap. If you type in a longer note it disappears off to the right and you can’t read the entire note. The last con is the inability to lock the checklist order. Checking off items will toss them to the bottom of the list, defeating the purpose of a static, reusable checklist. CONCLUSION: If the three cons I mentioned were fixed, this would be an outstanding app. If I find an app that meets these standards, I’ll be moving on. Three stars for now. ### 1/5 — Sync issues *2019-10-19* This app was amazing! But when I had to get a new phone, nothing would transfer, I re-wrote all my lists, then it would not sync to my tablet, and deleted the lists on my tablet! The typing feature is now crappy, and does not allow editing one letter or word, everything has to be deleted and written again. It also does not let you move items or lists. The help center just sent me my own email back! Grocery lists. Preferences. Karaoke songs. Password reminders. All sorts of stuff. Very disheartened that it’s all just gone, with some of it unlikely to ever be remembered. I’ve opened the app today and found I was logged out… then after the rigmarole of trying to get logged back in I find ALL of my checklists have disappeared and the app is completely different. I saw no advance warning of the app being updated and completely changed. I would certainly have taken screen shots of my checklists if there had been. The reminders are so helpful with my busy schedule. ### 5/5 — A true checklist *2019-11-02* I really don’t write reviews at all but I love this app and had to show love to the creator because it has truly allowed me to organize myself. I can add every task swiftly. When I think of something I need to take care of, I just open the app, click the plus symbol, and write it down without feeling annoyed. Most apps are designed tacky, and created with irritating processes. Once I complete the task I press the box next to it to check it off. On top of it all, it backs up with Your Google account.
