Muchas veces dice que los datos de la reserva (nombre y apellido) no coinciden y es estrictamente falso (escritos perfectamente igual). Envías el correo de reserva y nunca se añade. No vale la pena, luego de muchos viajes. Tenía fe al principio por las reseñas, pero solo funciona para vuelos internacionales (en algunos casos). Cuando alguno vuelo se puede añadir la información es retrasada y el canal del equipaje nunca aparece (tampoco es verdad).
