When I first used downloaded it years ago, it would give a complete list of all the items in the store that I could scan. Now it only shows one item at a time and it is often one that is on the other side of the store. Or if I was near an item it wouldn’t scan. It have some malfunction message. Then it got worse! It would show me stores that were close by but when I got to the store it would disappear so I was unable to check in. Now it just buffers and I can’t check in anywhere. I’m at the point where I just want to cash out and delete this app. This is definitely not the #1 app anymore. Contacted Checkpoints multiple times and they were not able to fix the bugs. Still haven't received my rewards redeemed from 2 months ago. Either app displays an error message that it cannot verify your phone number to redeem rewards or you get a fake "redemption" email without the reward code.
