Archaic Software
Been in the business over 17 years. First technology used back then was a PDA. It had filters that were useful and even talked to you when unit was “found”or “not on inventory.”
Had scanner ability. Not this one. Takes 5-6 steps just to mark a unit found. Absolutely old technology.

Annoying
It is user friendly contrary to the other review. It’s not user friendly for people that struggle using technology, but for the rest of us, it’s super simple. It is annoying that you have to select the location, although, there was just an update that eliminated that. I haven’t tested it out, but that should make it easier. What I find annoying is that when jobs cancel but it doesn’t send a notification, just gets stuck in “loading units” and then I learn the audit was cancelled, which leads to a lot of wasted time.

Not ready for prime time
Not especially user friendly or intuitive compared to other audit apps. Missing checkmark on found units, so you have to add the location on every unit to work around it. Or add an unapproved location at the beginning that matches the approved location. Big time waster. Should be able to add a location outside the audit list, then the client can approve it or not. No integration with QuikTrak showing assignor, job #, etc.. No Bluetooth scanner support. No settings to adjust search parameters or autofound feature. From the search field, hitting back takes you out of the audit, but cancel takes you back, which is nuts. Screen is hard to read, both in bright and dark modes. Need larger font, or the settings/ability to enlarge font. Sending in the audit leaves you in limbo. No button or feedback to let you know that you are done and it's been submitted. Auditor comments are not saved until after an auditor signature has been signed/entered. Generate Report doesn't always lead to the dealer signature screen. No online or offline user manual for the Checks app itself. No online training in the use of Checks has been made available. No offline access to audit, which should be a minimum since numerous clients are in areas without online access. No convenient access from the audit to client guidelines. Offline access should be a minimum. Audit quantities listed prior to the audit download never match the actual audit quantity. They are always much smaller, which leads to underestimating the amount of time that the audit will take.
