However the next day my account was closed by Cheddar with an email stating the decision was final and not up for debate. All the sales were refunded. All the merchandise that was sold is now gone without payment. When trying to verify email on an iPhone, you can’t even click on the verification code text box or click verify button. UX designers did not test this at all. There was no need to add this in addition to PaymentsPlus for the same district, yet it’s one more aggravating platform to enter too much personal info, take 20 minutes, and get charged for the transactional experience. Home schoolers are getting their monies worth being off platforms like this. There should be a dollar threshold whereby this would be required. I had $70 sitting dormant in this account after I collected for my child’s class as a class parent and sharing this personal information was a requirement for me to withdraw from the account. I’m finding how easy it is to navigate from both my home computer and cell phone. It was also great to visit your booth at National Girl Scout Convention in Washington DC last week. WOW, has this been easy to use and a game changer for collecting funds & fees!! The developer has also been extremely open to making changes based on user feedback. I noted that we could not previously control “manager” access the way we wanted to at the individual campaign level. At the next version update, it was fixed!
