I’ve been playing for about 3 months. 1 day prior to the Paris event finishing I was unable to enter the game. It just kept looping from loading data to start game over & over. I reported this to customer service and still haven’t been given advice or help on how to access the game. Disappointed

Запустил игру , все работало нормально, но после подвисания и вылета из игры постоянная инициализация и не дает зайти в игру, приходится удалять приложение и заново скачивать чтобы зайти в нее до следующего вылета !!!

Доброго времени суток. Спустя 45 дней хотел бы поделиться мнением о данной игре.
1. Самое большое и важное разочарование в этой игре. Это её разработчики, тестировщики и тех. поддержка. Действий и решения проблем отсутствует!!!
В целом потенциал игры хороший, но отношение к игрокам скотское
Разберем по факту. Игра на сервере имела ошибок и проблем. Оптимизация и поддержка игры равна нулю. Частично какие-то проблемы и ошибки были исправлены, но нас ждало новое приключение, так называемый Париж, у первых серверов игры он уже был и проще он неудачно в виде оптимизации и всего прочего, и для новых серверов проблемы, ошибки и оптимизация не были исправлены. Каждое событие, ивент и прочие имеет ряд ошибок и проблем, проделанной работы ноль. Спасибо большое что кладете большой большой … на игроков и считаете гроши которые вы заработали

Well I’m stuck in an area and can’t leave it, I can’t quit my guild to join another one!! 
This game was going good when I first started and than it started doing cross server stuff and now I’m in a hole stuck. My base is just being farmed non stop. Can’t join anyone else in my guild to do stuff so I can’t level up half my stuff. One guild has taken over almost the whole map and can’t do nothing. Waisted money for something is set up for a 24/7 non stop play. Dose not say anything g about that at all in description of game play. 
Can’t get support, has ai that will only tell you how things works. 
Won’t be playing games from this company ever again. They lost me , and everyone else I’m going to tell about how they don’t care about people who play. 
Do not even waist you time spending money , because it’s no good with the cash whales that take over everything.

I’d give 1* at the most, the game’s fun no doubt but you’ve to pay and usually drains mentally and encourage to spend more and is more addictive once spent on in game stuff. This game is good for those play it for good time and well cool girls and such, and on the other hand this game is for those gives lots of $$ to devs to make it more p2w and harder as it usually is with these games. My advice, play it for fun and ofc cool girls and the game’s resources and progress without paying a $$ as it’s really not worth draining your energy and lose interest in the game if you keep spending more and more as the devs are looking for making tons of $$ and don’t care for its players.
