## What is Cheerlist?

Turn your morning routine and evening wind-down into checklists you can follow one step at a time. Create your own tasks for getting ready, self-care, reading before bed, or preparing for tomorrow.

YOUR MORNING ROUTINE CHECKLIST
Add the small steps that make up your morning: drink water, stretch, eat breakfast, or write a little gratitude. Check off each task as you go.

YOUR BEDTIME ROUTINE, YOUR WAY
Create an evening checklist for your skincare steps, a few pages of reading, or getting things ready for the next day. You choose every task.

A FRESH CHECKLIST EACH DAY
Daily checklists reset automatically when a new day begins. Your tasks stay in place, ready to be checked off again.

PROGRESS FOR YOUR ESSENTIALS
Mark the daily tasks that matter most as required. Your progress percentage counts those tasks, while optional extras stay on your list without changing it.

REMINDERS FOR INDIVIDUAL STEPS
Set a reminder time for each daily task. Finish the task before its alert time to skip that day's reminder.

MAKE YOUR ROUTINE FEEL LIKE YOURS
Edit your checklists and tasks whenever you need to. Choose light, dark, or system appearance. Available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Russian.

Start with a few steps. Make them your routine.
