• Get cheered on by others with Support, Celebrate, or With You — three simple reactions, no comments, ever.
• Track your progress: mark your challenge Achieved, flag yourself as Struggling, or Stop it — whatever's true.

GO DEEPER, WHEN YOU WANT TO
Sometimes a tap isn't enough. Send a Chat Request to swap tips with someone who's been there, or comfort someone who fell short — private, and only once they approve. Want to talk face to face? Request a Video Call with a Cheer Pass.
