## What is CheerUp?

Make scrolling a conscious choice.

CheerUp adds physical friction before distracting apps take your attention. Block selected apps, categories, and websites. When you want access, complete a real exercise and earn a short unlock window.

HOW IT WORKS
• Choose what to block with Screen Time.
• Pick an exercise: push-ups, squats, jumping jacks, high knees, lunges, or a plank.
• Set a 15-, 30-, or 60-minute unlock window.
• Complete the movement when you need access.

CheerUp can count full-body exercises with the camera, count push-ups with the proximity sensor on supported devices, or time a plank. Only completed reps count toward an unlock.

Made for intentional use, not endless scrolling. CheerUp uses Apple’s Screen Time framework and does not read content inside other apps.
