I saw here some comments regarding the service and must say that from my perspective everything works well, it helps for my credit mix and every time that I contact the customer service I’m getting answers and support. ### 1/5 — This credit builder app is by far the worse!!!! *2024-01-30* I contacted his company for months about switching my account from my savings to my checkings!!! I sent emails and I called countless times to a number that no longer has service but it still offered by the company!!!! There's no way to make a manual payment. You have to contact the customer service to have them make it available. I figured all this out after they said I missed a payment way back in November but I'm up-to-date on all the rest of my payments before and after this point!!!!! The representatives are super unprofessional, and overall the app is just terrible and can harm your credit more than it can help!!!!!!!!! Please listen when I say this cause I've contacted these people for weeks through email and they stopped contacting me back after the representative wasn't able to tell me how my payment was missed !!!!!!!!!! I tried to cancel the service, which the convenient make difficult to find and the next day they charged my account. Nothing worse then unscrupulous people. If you had the same experience, please join me in reporting them to the CFPB, your state attorney general and any other government entity that will penalize preying businesses such as this one.
