Downloaded and deleted all within 5 mins. As a first time user, the app bombards you with so many instructions and information to begin with when it should just be a simple grocery app like others. Ordering is complicated too like I really had to struggle to find where and how to place an order. Instead of assigning a new rider, the service decided to wait and contact a person who’s phone was off. They waited until I contacted them personally, and told them to reassign it. They didn’t have another rider in reserve and decided to wait another 20 minutes to inform me. According to their “policy” they can’t transfer the money to the restaurant unless my food is delivered - so the restaurant rider can’t come himself either. Huge, massive flaw in the system and logistics company shouldn’t simply collapse because one rider was unavailable. Pathetic service, and I don’t want to be refunded in Cheetay Points as I am not willing to use this service ever again. **Developer response:** Hi, please accept our sincere apologies.
