I either dont find half of the stuff or they’re out of stock. So tired of it now. Airlift was so convenient. Hate that it got shut down. Upon asking how long it will take them to deliver, the agent said he could not give any time frame and it could in fact take more than 1 hour to deliver. Firstly they don’t recognize US based credit/debit card as I was in Pakistan just visiting relatives for a short stay. Second their GPS system is completely useless. In spite of writing the correct address, I have to contact the driver through WhatsApp and share my live location. This is just beyond pathetic!! I’ve never had any issues using delivery apps in the US, such as UberEATS, Grubhub, and Doordash!!! ### 1/5 — USELESS *2020-09-04, version 3.9* Very unprofessional service. Rider blames that the app was lagging which has no link with the delivery. You cannot contact the support via call. Their live chat is so pathetic that their agent sleeps while responding. The food that gets delivered after 2 hours is also stale. And while you try to log a complaint. They tell you wait for their team to call you. Over all, poor and cheap service. I though, hey, tough times, new startup, it's probably an exaggeration. But now, I've experienced it first hand. Keep your discounts. I'd rather pay 100 on top of every other order via your rivals just to not have to go through this abomination you call a service. ### 1/5 — Pathetic Behaviour *2020-06-22, version 3.7.1* You made me download the app, made me signup for the service. I spent a lot of time selecting and adding food in my cart and and spent more time adding my address and during check out you say that your service is not available in my area? Are you serious? Your app could have told this to me when I launched the app not after wasting a lot of time singing up selecting food adding address etc. To me this seems like a scam app which just wants to collect my personal data. ### 1/5 — Bad service *2020-06-19, version 3.7.1* I used this app recently and it is useless I tried to order food but the order got cancelled without notifying me. They also charged my credit card but when the order got cancelled they did not even refund me but put money in my cheetay account. This is useless because whenever I order from any restaurant my order keeps getting cancelled. Also their customer service is not helpful at all they simply just say nothing can be done. Downloaded and deleted all within 5 mins. As a first time user, the app bombards you with so many instructions and information to begin with when it should just be a simple grocery app like others. Ordering is complicated too like I really had to struggle to find where and how to place an order. Instead of assigning a new rider, the service decided to wait and contact a person who’s phone was off. They waited until I contacted them personally, and told them to reassign it. They didn’t have another rider in reserve and decided to wait another 20 minutes to inform me. According to their “policy” they can’t transfer the money to the restaurant unless my food is delivered - so the restaurant rider can’t come himself either. Huge, massive flaw in the system and logistics company shouldn’t simply collapse because one rider was unavailable. Pathetic service, and I don’t want to be refunded in Cheetay Points as I am not willing to use this service ever again. **Developer response:** Hi, please accept our sincere apologies.
