Problem reported, fixed after weeks then the same problem re-occurred a few months later this year. Reported again, help desk said the problem was being seen to. This was in March, still not fixed to date June 13th 2026. However, both the global events and the chain dashes don’t seem to work anymore. I’ve submitted a request on their official website about a month ago about the chain dashes, and it’s still not working. It’s impossible to contact support from within the game. They don’t respond to external emails at all. I haven’t been able to join a Catering Dash and the game has gotten very buggy. Please fix it…update it…c’mon!!! UPDATE: The developers have not fixed the bug that doesn’t allow you to participate in dashes and if you manage to get a dash you can’t collect your prizes and every time I open the game it directs me to collect my uncollectable prizes…and I see they responded to 2 negative reviews by saying sure contact us…without an email address or any way to actually contact them.
