## What is Chef Vola's Reservations?

The private reservation book for Chef Vola's — the app the house runs on.

Every call to the restaurant's reservation line is answered automatically, and this app is where the owner and chef see the results and run the room:

• REQUESTS — every booking request that needs a decision, longest-waiting first. Trusted regulars are booked automatically; larger parties are held with a card or deposit, and the app shows exactly where each one stands.
• TONIGHT IN THE ROOM — live table availability by size, seating by seating.
• RESERVATIONS — the full book for any night: seat guests, mark no-shows, call a guest back, or cancel.
• WAITING LIST — when a table opens on a full night, the next guest in line is texted automatically and their reply lands here.
• VOICEMAIL — messages left for the house, transcribed.
• GUESTS — the guest book: visit history, standing, and notes.

This app is for Chef Vola's staff only. A staff phone number is required to sign in — it is not usable by the public.
