Their “contact us” page literally just says “If you encounter any issues during use, please feel free to contact us.” However, there is nowhere to actually contact them and there is no contact information given. The app is unusable for me until this problem is fixed unfortunately. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Not connecting to the app *2026-08-13* Not working for the very reason I bought it. ### 1/5 — It was good… now useless. *2026-04-05* The “Confirm” button stopped responding to set target temps. This sorta stinks!!! It worked 2 weeks ago but it’s useless as an alarm now. I was going to buy the “triple thermo” one but now it’s useless. Oh well. The device worked as planned and the station had enough Bluetooth range to be able to use the app in my phone in the house about 20 ft away. ### 2/5 — Formatting issues *2026-07-22* The formatting is bad in the app. It cuts off much of the useful information when using the graphing function.
