Ask Chefry hands your conversation to our team. Their replies show up in the same chat, and you get a notification when they answer. FOR CUSTOMERS • Checkout now takes you straight to the available times as soon as you pick a day, so you never miss a step before paying. • Chef pages and photos load faster, and open instantly the next time you visit. • Chef links shared by friends or on social media now open with the menu ready to order. • Going back to a chef's page no longer gets stuck loading. • Searching for a chef by name now finds them even when they're outside your usual area. • Help Center answers are clearer on refunds, safety and payments, and the help form now goes straight to our support team. FOR COOKS AND CHEFS • Ask Chefry knows your payout status, sign-up bonus and balance, and can walk you through payouts, your menu, your share link and more. • When you withdraw rewards, you see exactly where the money is going: to your debit card within minutes when it supports instant payouts, or to your bank in 1 to 2 business days. • Refer & Earn opens right away, and Payouts now tells you when Stripe is still checking your details instead of leaving you guessing. • Founding 200 chefs see "Founder Program applied" at signup, the same as on the web. • Your page and photos load faster for the customers you send to it.
