Then they started calling me EVERYDAY, from different numbers! They even call me super late at night. Horrible experience and i feel harassed at this point. Had a really bad experience with them. I wake up to see I’ve been charged over $200 and have 5 meals on the way. I never chose the 2 additional meals, so I don’t know why they were in my basket. I complained to chefs plate as I did not add or see these additional meals and they said too bad and I have been charged and they won’t refund me even though it was the app that caused this problem. They were incredibly unhelpful. The app is not easy to use, communication is not clear and the updates or notifications on what’s being ordered is non existent. The app shows, no details on my order, no subscription information and no order / account charges.
