Importing from MyCookbook now works reliably: the handoff travels a route iOS allows, with a one-tap paste confirmation. The recipes export row in Settings now names its destinations.

Sharing recipes to MenuCraft or MyCookbook now opens the right app on iOS instead of a generic share sheet.

Fixes a bug where a network hiccup at launch could hide an active subscription until the next successful sync.
