When I email support it say *we are aware of the issue with cards not work and there will be an update shortly* um well when will that be bc my time is limited to get them registered! ### 1/5 — Unable to create account *2022-01-21, version 1.1* Cannot access funds!!!!!! Horrible app won’t let me create an account ### 1/5 — Does customer service actually exist?!? *2022-01-15* Tried to contact customer service for weeks, never got a response. I came to look at reviews to see if one could help me, luckily it did! The email address has to be all lower case for you to login. ### 1/5 — Horrible Customer Service *2021-12-27* After 3 attempts to contact for a password reset they never respond. I came here a read the reviews and one was must helpful. EVERYTHING must be lower case including your email. I was able to reset my password thru the links when I did this. It’s horrible that the app doesn’t tell you this when trying to reset your password it just loops back around. Thank you to the one review called figured it out. They were more helpful then customer support. Once again anyone struggling you must enter EVERYTHING in lower case letters hopes this helps. ### 1/5 — FIGURED IT OUT *2021-12-21* To anyone who reads this, since Chek will not respond or help you , I got you !! Go on safari and google Chek login . Click the first link and reset your password with the email you used to apply for the call up grant. The trick is ONLY USE LOWERCASE LETTERS for the password and only letters and numbers no other characters . Once you reset your password doing that go to the app and login make sure EVERYTHING is lowercase . Your whole email and password need to be lowercase and it should work ### 1/5 — Does not work *2021-12-20, version 1.1* The app doesn’t work, you cannot login or create an account! ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2021-12-17* So far so horrible. It’s so frustrating. Trying to create an account and it does not allow me to. I enter my lowercase email I copied the exact password of the provider and enter a simple password new password I hit submit and it just thinks. I have tried for a whole day now. And still nothing I applied for a T-Mobile grants and I got approved for our kids baseball league and they use this junk of an app to submit payment I appreciate T-Mobile but they should be using a better pay app someone please tell me how to use this app so I can proceed thank you ### 1/5 — Garbage!! *2021-10-27, version 1.1* This app is freaking awful. Just frauds if you ask me ### 1/5 — Horrible app! *2024-02-21, version 5.7.0* One-time passcode is ridiculous because you constantly get an error message telling you the code is invalid or expired. And to try again. So if you accidentally back out they’ll send a new code and new code just continues to circle back until you’ve exceed all your tries for the day, week or year. Who knows! I received a certain amount and when I try to spend it and says Insufficient funds. Suddenly it says my balance is zero! But on the list of transactions, it shows nothing, because obviously I didn’t use any of it! Not sure what the point of the card is if it doesn’t work. ### 1/5 — Fake *2022-03-21, version 2.0.7* I’m pretty sure this is not even a real thing. You cannot access the funds on it because it does not give you a billing address which you need the ZIP Code for. You try to contact customer service? There is no customer service. This whole thing is ridiculous ### 1/5 — App Doesn’t Work *2022-03-15* I can not create an account. Customer service sends the same generic email each time. I can not access my funds for softball. ### 1/5 — Terrible Customer Service *2022-02-25* I was granted funds for my daughter’s sports sign up and cannot even access the funds. When I try to use the card information I was given it tells me that my billing address is invalid and I can’t reach anyone to help me fix or figure out the issue. Customer service does not respond. There is no number to call. There is little to no information on the app at all. On top of that my name isn’t even spelled correctly on the card. I don’t typically leave reviews but this is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The app is absolutely useless. I don’t know how this app is still up and running with all of the 1 star reviews. I wouldn’t give this a star if that were an option. This app should be shut down totally, it has only been an inconvenience to everyone that has used it. ### 1/5 — Terrible update *2022-01-27* I have been unable to log in since the update. It doesn’t allow me to change my password through the new forgot password that was recently added. In which the sports program that you child is attending will need the information on this app like a Gift card to them. They will need to Refund you, your money not this app. So once you get approved contact the sports program and give them the information off this card and they are responsible for giving you your $150 or whatever amount your gifted on this card back.
