I hate this so much. ### 1/5 — No valid website *2023-02-08, version 3.3.6* No valid website ### 1/5 — 360 rotation is a joke!!!! *2022-11-10* All this camera does is focus on the ground below where it’s mounted… you have to manually rotate the camera just to see the rest of the surrounding areas outside your house…. Like I thought it was supposed to rotate at a 360 degree angle and why is it just focusing on the ground underneath it?? But during the last 6-12 mounts, it just get worse. Recently, one of my cameras just disappear from my camera list, the funny thing is, the stored sequence that I saved it on the SD-card is reachable, but not the camera itself. And the support is a joke, in that sense that there is no support, just an email, which sometimes they respond you, and sometimes not. Thanks ### 4/5 — Fantastic cameras and app but need feature *2022-12-28* This is by far one of the best cameras and apps I’ve used. Everything just works great. My only recommendations are 1) there is no way to rearrange the order of the cameras in the app. They are in the order of installation. 2) the alert view for motion detection recordings does not let you sort your videos by camera. So if I have multiple cameras or cameras at multiple properties I can just go straight to the videos for the cameras I want to see. A couple of tweaks and this app would be perfect! ### 4/5 — Small issue *2022-12-27* The camera is great, the only issue is when it comes to playback. The dates are horribly incorrect. You are unable to play back from the day of or a few days ago. Other then that, the app is fine ### 4/5 — Cameras Are Great! *2022-10-02* The cameras are great!, especially when you are viewing them on your iPhone. The problem is when you are trying to view the cameras on an iPad.. You have a very small picture/view to look at, and if you turn your iPad sideways, it will turn the whole picture/view around. Fix the app so you can use an iPad… I gave my review 4 stars because you can’t use an iPad like an iPhone.. Would have gave the app 5 stars! ### 3/5 — No security *2025-11-14* UPDATE: RUN DO NOT WALK. This is a hackers dream, they can see your password your network information and turn it off when they want and guess what even change the email so you no longer have access. ### 3/5 — Landscape on iPad *2023-12-16* On iPhone it works great. On iPad it does not work well on landscape. ### 2/5 — No security *2024-11-20* The cameras I am using this app for are great but this app has absolutely no security, your network name and password are right there in plain sight for the taking and anyone can log in from any device at any time, you do not get logged out you do not even get a notification when they do. My neighbor has been using this app for the past three years to hack into my network because no matter if I change the name and password this app gives it to them right away. ### 2/5 — App has gone downhill!! *2024-10-12* Constant advertisements. Constantly refreshes after 30-40 seconds of being in the background, or when you close the application entirely. Was so much better back then.
