Why is this app so bad? The fitness app is so nice and yet this app is garbage considering what you pay for the membership

Great gym. Absolutely hideous app with no working functionality or any idea about usability. App thinks I live in Connecticut when I live and pay for a Brooklyn membership. Impossible to use - an absolute embarrassment to the developers and such a great gym.

Some sections of the app such as reservations are blank. The only thing I personally use this for is check in. To reserve a pool lane I have  to use my computer which defeats the purpose of having the app.

Hard to believe but even worse than the previous app. Any one else try to book a swimming lane?? What a joke. Must have hired the same geniuses for the new launch 😳
