A great app and love the bar code scanner I just wish you could use it to update items during chemical audits.

This app only includes 100 substances, as it is a free demo version.  It is not an MSDS. To be honest, I'm not sure when you would use this.

A very handy application for anyone working in hazardous industry where there may be exposure to dangerous chemicals.

I had previously written a poor review of this app and now must eat my words as it has proven itself worthy for use in the work place.

I would suggest that the developers consider including a page detailing possible uses for the chemicals i.e.  Used in the dry cleaning industry or commonly used as an additive in the manufacture of petroleum products.  This can assist in "getting your head around a product that you may not have heard of".

Would also be helpful to have listed "common name" references to assist with the identification of chemicals.

All in all, an excellent start to a handy app.  

This uses chemical names, not common names. Searches for bleach, ammonia, and kerosene all come up empty. Search for sodium hypochlorite comes back with an entry, but the information included is quite limited.

Maybe this is great for some industrial users, but it is not for laymen.
