However, if I do want more information it is concise and well formatted. Many similar apps seem scientific and cold, but my favourite thing about the Chemeleon is that it is neither of these things. I'm not a super eco person but I do take an interest in what's in my food, especially now I have a little one. This app is super easy to use when you're at the shops and a real eye opener. The colour coding means it's really easy to identify the bad ones (red is bad, green is good, orange is a better choice) and all the supplementary information is easy to understand and retain.
