## What is ChemManPro?

ChemManPro brings ChemMan Stores to your phone. Walk the store with the products in front of you and keep the register right without going back to a desk.

SCAN AND MOVE STOCK
• Scan a barcode or search by name, ID or UN number
• Book in deliveries, check out stock or set a new quantity
• Count by litres or kilograms, or by package and cylinder
• Every movement is recorded with a reason and docket note, and can be undone

STOCKTAKE
• Start a stocktake on any storage area
• Count line by line, mark products not found, add products that were not on the list
• Review the variances before anything is written
• The physical count wins: complete once and every change becomes a movement

SITE MAP
• The store's site map, drawn from the desktop plan
• Storage areas coloured by capacity, ignition sources, protected places, roads and gates
• Separation distances with the required minimums from the compliance assessment
• Pinch to zoom, tap an area to open its inventory

STORES AND AREAS
• Every store and storage area with capacity, product counts and alerts
• Over-capacity and unit-mismatch warnings as they happen
• Store activity feed showing what changed, who changed it and when

BUILT FOR THE FIELD
• Works with your existing ChemMan account and company permissions
• Writes go straight to ChemMan, so desktop and phone always agree
• Safe retries: a lost connection never double-counts a delivery

ChemManPro requires a ChemMan account with the Stores module and ChemMan Mobile enabled by your company administrator. Accounts cannot be created in the app and there is nothing to buy in the app. ChemMan is Lupin Systems' chemical management and safety data sheet platform used by Australian businesses to manage dangerous goods, hazardous substances and compliance.
