Download the Chemung Canal & Capital Bank Card Control app to your smartphone, and then customize your control and alert preferences to manage your cards.

Features:
Alerts Ensure Safe, Secure Card Usage. Receive Alerts for all Transactions or customize the Alerts received based on Location, Merchant, Amount or Transaction type.
Card On/Off allows you to disable your card in the event it’s lost or stolen. No purchases or withdrawals will be allowed until a card is turned back “on”.
Establish Card Controls, which limit card activity, based on any of following:
• Amount – spend threshold
• Location – uses phone’s GPS locator or radius range by zip code entered
• Merchant – categories such as restaurants, gas stations, entertainment
• Transaction type - in-store purchase, e-Commerce, mail/phone order or ATM

*This app is only applicable for use with your Chemung Canal & Capital Bank issued debit card.
