Then when it finally gets to the login screen and you go to login it freezes again and so you have to open and close it over and over again. I should not have to go through that much of a hassle to get into the damn app. Better hope you don’t have overdraft on either because if you need to add money to your account afterwards you won’t be able to get in! And you’ll end up with an nsf fee bc you spent an hour trying to get into the app until finally giving up and forgetting until the next day 😄 thankfully I got rid of that but now since I only keep so much in my checking at a time I usually need to add money before I buy something but oh wait that’s right I can’t get in 😔 but in the rate case I can get in and to the transfer screen guess what it freezes again! And the whole process restarts. Unable to recognize my credentials and my credentials are in order. I’ve gone in to the bank and they tell me that it is the app. I delete the app and reinstall. No help. Still can’t sign in. I’m ready to switch over to a different bank.
