I'm no longer able to find the correct stop. The route is confusing—for example, the green line is showing stops that belong to the blue line. Payment for tickets succeed but it doesn’t give me the tickets. Same happens when I try to use its wallet feature. My money got debited but I don’t get my tickets. We are getting an “Invalid OTP” error even after entering the correct OTP. Also, while trying to sign up, after entering all required details and clicking submit, there is no response.
