All of a sudden e-edition app or website does not work. Kicks me back to app page. Called customer service (several times), changed password, still doesn’t work. They claim they can sign in and it works. Deleted and reinstalled app, still doesn’t work. No one can tell me why after several years we are having problems. UGH! guess I will have to read paper copy, which doesn’t work when you are out of town. One of the few media sources I read. Help!

Awful app. The sponsored ad pops up and loads no problem but the app has to be force quit and opened multiple times for the content to load. $60 per year for a digital subscription of a paper that is produced 3 days a week and they can’t fix the app? And no, I don’t prefer to read it in a browser. Fix it.

First I will say that we really enjoy the Cherokee Tribune news and social media posts. But...The app is really bad, deleting right after downloading. Can’t even make it pass the ads to get to the login screen.

Love the delivery to my iPad.  I also get the real paper via mail in case I miss the on line version.  Easy to read and navigate

The Tribune gives us enough news and views of local  columnists to remain well informed.  Reflections of our area’s history remind us of the past and inspire us toward positive changes in the future.  Thanks for that balance!
