The coffee shop nearest me is never available for orders through the app, and when it is available the app allows me to order things that are out of stock, which is just a waste of my money.

The app does not seem to be designed for iPhone X and later, with buttons behind the gesture bar and top buttons at the edge of the rounded corners.

Please redesign using Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.

I am a long time customer and got this app to make it easy for ordering. Unfortunately, it makes it look like the order is going through by giving a pick up time and everything. So you wait and go to pick up only to discover a message saying, “oops, could not place order!” The baristas asked me to download a new version but the same thing happened yet again today. Now to wait in line…..

I have used this app about 6 times now, with 5 of the times it not registering at the coffee shop. The whole point of this app is to allow you to pre order so you can pick up and go. What's the point of walking in and asking 'hey - did you get my order this time' everytime you walk in. The Joe app that slate coffee uses has never let me down!

While the app works and I appreciate being able to order remotely, every time the app updates, I have to sign in again.

The app menu doesn’t exclude all of the available options, such as jalapeño bagel. It’s also slow, clunky, and ugly especially for 2019.

Obviously the logging out issue has been mentioned. It would also be nice if Apple Pay was available for the app. All around though, I’m really enjoying ordering remotely
