Awful app ### 3/5 — Need more work *2026-08-27* For an app you would expect some sort of customisation. Also why You don’t add info for recent trips. The captcha doesn’t work, can’t activate anything, no sat nav, no sim activation, nothing. However once I finally managed to login - a lot of the functionality is very slow and then recently the app logged me out. Then it wouldn’t let me sign in and keeps asking for me to agree to the terms and conditions however there is no button/ check box to press accept. Creating your profile with your email/phone as well as adding your vehicle took a little longer than expected and needs some work from Chery UK as their is very limited guidance available online, However after these initial issues the app works well and actions commands within 10 seconds the App UI could do with having a few tweaks to improve usability some commands are not clear.
