Prince Kaspar's castle has many rooms in which the individual chess pieces are introduced. Depending on how much prior knowledge you bring into the chess game, you can have every piece introduced to you at your own pace. LEARN THE CHESS RULES WITH A DIDACTIC CONCEPT

In addition, you'll find all possible finesses and secrets in the big chess book in Prince Kaspar's library such as the pawn fork, the Italian gambit, or the scholar's mate. Do you know castling or the "en passant" move yet?

Naturally Prince Kaspar is ready to play a round of chess with you at any time. First you have to defeat him, then you're allowed to also play with Capt'n Black.

Großartige App für alle, die immer schon Schach lernen wollten, sich aber nicht getraut haben. Die Regeln sind gut und nachvollziehbar erklärt, die App leitet leichtfüßig, Schritt für Schritt, zum ersten „richtigen“ Spiel, so dass man kaum glauben kann, tatsächlich eines geschafft zu haben. Und dann noch eines und noch eines….
Sehr empfehlenswert, vielen Dank an die Entwickler, ich bin drauf!

Not worth the dollar amount in the slightest, bad U.I, other chess apps offer much more for free including better U.I and puzzles.

Tolle App, unser Sohn (5J.) ist begeistert war aber auch schnell enttäuscht. Leider kann er die Lektionen nicht alleine lernen, da diese Texte nicht vorgelesen werden. Von einer App ab 4 erwarte ich dies eigentlich. Ich bezweifle auch, dass selbst 8 jährige diese verschnörkelte Schrift lesen können.
Es wäre schön, wenn sie das schnell nachbessern könnten. Auch wäre bis dahin ein Hinweis darauf von Vorteil, dass gute Lesekenntnisse erforderlich sind.
Für eine App für knapp 5€ wäre das mehr als fair, die Käufer darauf hinzuweisen.
Ansonsten, sehr ansprechend, mit hohem Aufforderungscharakter.

О пользе шахмат рассказывать не нужно. Поэтому когда-то я учила этой игре своих детей. А теперь пришла очередь 4-летнего внука. Я в шахматах не специалист, и начала с того, что с помощью реальных шахмат мы выучили названия фигур, их расстановку, и как они ходят. А дальше-то что? Как научить ребёнка шахматной логике? И тут мне попалось это приложение. Ничего подобного я раньше не встречала! Прекрасно построенное обучение с подробным разбором различных комбинаций и тренировочными задачами. Ребёнок просто "заболел" шахматами и делает замечательные успехи. Мой сын тоже решил скачать это приложение ("я многого не знал, хочу поучиться"). Разработчики, вы молодцы! Спасибо вам!
Пишу 5 лет спустя. Разработчики, пожалуйста, не бросайте своё приложение! Оно лучшее для обучения шахматам! Пожалуйста, поправьте зависание программы на обучении! Рекомендую ваше приложение всем, а вы подводите - люди покупают (стало платным), а оно виснет((

Ich habe früher mal Schach gespielt, aber nicht wirklich einen Plan gehabt. Mit dieser App lernt man spielerisch unheimlich viel und beginnt taktisch und strategisch zu denken. Das weckt den Appetit auf mehr! Rundum gelungen und das Geld mehr als wert!
