Mein Sohn liebt die App schon seit vielen Jahren, nun hat er ein eigenes Handy, leider kann man den Kauf nicht auf sein Handy übertragen. Nochmal kaufen ist mir zu teuer. Echt schade

Update: Ich konnte die App jetzt auf den Kindergeräten via “App Store -> Profil -> Apps -> Mein Account -> Suche” finden und ohne Kauf installieren.


Das Family-Sharing funktioniert nicht. Habe die App in meinem Elternaccount, aber auf den iPads meiner Kinder kommt immer die Kaufaufforderung.

Das Kontaktformular auf der Website wirft nur Fehler. Auf dem iPhone kann ich im E-Mail-Feld nur Zahlen eingeben. Beim Absenden kommt nur ein Fehler und alle Eingaben sind weg.

Die App an sich ist toll, die Erfahrung drumherum leider nicht.

Der kleine achtjährige Enkel bekam die DVD-Version geschenkt, die leider auf den Apple-Geräten nicht läuft.
Der Support hat geduldig, unsichtig und großzügig geholfen, bis alles funktioniert!

This seems like a good iPad version of the old game I used to teach my kids to play chess with and I was excited to see it available, unfortunately it doesn’t seem to be well maintained.  We can’t get off level 1 as the “Chessometer” seems to hang…Fritz asks “What does it say, can we join the intermediates” and then nothing happens, you can’t click anything or get back from this screen.  Shame about that.

Das Spiel an sich ist schön gemacht. Leider kann man die Audio Passagen nicht überspringen und muss sie sich immer wieder anhören. 
Darüber hinaus hängt das Spiel manchmal. Der Menü Button ist dann nicht mehr auswählbar oder das Spiel reagiert gar nicht mehr auf Eingaben. Ärgerlich

Habe selber als Kind die PC Version mit viel Freude gespielt. Dass diese App als kindertauglich deklariert wird ist eine Frechheit. Die Bedienung ist unnötig kompliziert die App führt nicht wie die PC Version schön in das Spiel ein sondern frustriert Eltern wie Kindern bei dem Versuch diese stümperhafte App zu erlernen was weit aus komplizierter als das Schachspiel selber ist. 

Das ihr Eltern fast 30€ anknüpft ist eine absolute Unverschämtheit. Wirklich schwach!!!

Wir glauben, dass 100.000 Kinder, die Fritz&Fertig App nutzen Ihnen nicht Recht geben. Die Bedienung ist alles anderes als kompliziert :) 
Die App ist 1:1 Abbildung des Spiels auf PC. Zusätzlich haben wir FAQ direkt in der App platziert um bei den häufigen Fragen schnelle Hilfe zu leisten.

Für diejenige, die sich nicht sicher sind ob das Spiel, was in 18 Sprachen übersetz wurde und von meisten Großmeister empfohlen ist - seinen Wert hat, haben wir auch eine Demo Version "Fritz und Fertig Lite". Da kann man kostenlos starten und bei der Zufriedenheit ein Abonnement abschließen.

Ein tolles Programm, aber für den Preis erwarte ich, dass es fehlerfrei läuft. Auf dem neuesten iPad Pro fällt nach ein paar Minuten immer wieder der Ton aus und man muss die App schließen und neu starten. Das muss schnellstens gefixt werden!

Und außerdem, wie kommt man auf die Idee, die Bauern mit solchen für Kinder kaum verständlichen Dialekten sprechen zu lassen? Das ist eine Lern-App, da sollte man zumindest die Dialekte abstellen können!

Der Ton ist eine Sache, die bestimmt dutzend mal hier in den Rezensionen vorkam und wo es noch nie einen Fall gab, wo die App nicht richtig funktionierte. Sie sind die erste Person, die Deutsche Dialekte nicht lustig findet. Tut uns leid dafür. Diese kommen nur in einmal vor und waren bis heute sogar für die Personen aus dem Ausland verständlich. Aber Sie können natürlich jederzeit eine andere Sprache wählen, z.B englisch, spanisch, französisch oder russisch.

Nach einer Zeit gibt es keinen Ton mehr in den Übungen / Muckibude. Lästig immer neu zu starten.  Cache Problem?
