Decent gameplay but abysmal customer service

Been trying for a week to activate the 40% Chess.com subscriber discount for ChessKid but the customer service agents are so slow to reply and not very helpful. My son’s subscription expired yesterday and today it’s still saying he has an active subscription so can’t use the discount code! Also signed up as a parent on ChessKid using the same email address as the one I use for Chess.com but that’s not allowed and they didn’t make it clear. And now can’t change it. Have asked them about this but still no joy. They need to invest in more customer service agents! They have approximately 1.5 million paid users! Where’s that money going to?
