They seem to have chess problems for every ability. The package has more than 1000 problems and even if they seem on the easy side, some themes were new to me while others bear repeating until they're automatic. The amount of problems gives this effect as you see the same theme over and over again. Then on to the next one. You can not base puzzles on traps! There must be precise answers. To a chess nut,there is nothing worse than loosing faith in a chess puzzle book or program because in the back of your mind you're wondering if your skills are weakening or you're wasting your time because the solution to the puzzle is wrong. They give you a basic conceptual tactic and take you through many variations/examples of that tactic until it solidifies. My online rating, which has been stagnant for about a year, has gone up 200 points after engaging in the puzzles provided by this app (and I’ve only had this app for less than a couple of weeks!) My Puzzle Rush score on Chess.com has also shot up from an average of 12 to a 19-21 average.
