## What is Chess Timer & Clock by Chessy?

Chessy turns your iPhone into a professional-grade dual chess clock. Place your phone flat on the table between two players and tap your side of the screen to stop your clock and start your opponent's. Every tap is confirmed with instant haptic feedback so you never miss a beat during fast-paced games.

The app supports all major time control formats used in casual play, club matches, and official tournaments. Large countdown displays are easy to read from any angle, and the screen stays on throughout every game. A built-in move counter tracks each player's moves automatically.

Included in free tier: four ready-to-play presets covering the most popular time controls, including one-minute bullet, three-plus-two Fischer, five-minute blitz, and ten-minute rapid. You also get the full dual clock interface with tap switching, haptic feedback, move counter, pause and reset controls, and the classic dark theme. No account or internet connection is ever required.

Included in premium tier: every time control format including Fischer increment, Bronstein delay, Simple delay, and Hourglass mode. All standard presets from bullet through classical. Create unlimited custom time controls with independent settings for each player, save your favorites for quick access, and review your completed games in the game history log. Choose from premium visual themes including Tournament Green, Classic Wood, and High Contrast.
