## What is Chess Tools?

Fully featured chess clock & rules reference.  The clock supports game times of 1 - 120 minutes with delay & increment options of 0 - 30 seconds, and it is formatted so both players can read both clocks.   Human-friendly rules reference is written in plain language, and it contains extensive explanations.
