I understand that this is more difficult with more members, but it should be much easier to indicate when human support is the only solution. The chatbot is never close to answering my questions. Most of the issues I have relate to great features which have changed. E.g. how do I see where my ranking is in the rapid pool, or the puzzle pool? How do I do rated puzzles without it flashing “brilliant” etc? How do I stop my board settings keep switching to “show legal moves” without my permission every few days. Due to what I perceive to be an increasingly hostile, disruptive, and potentially compromised playing environment, I have been compelled on numerous occasions to abandon games, accept draws, or resign. These actions should not, in my view, be interpreted as misconduct or used as grounds for restricting or otherwise sanctioning my account, particularly where they arose from circumstances beyond my reasonable control. I am also seriously concerned about the presence and activities of certain organizations on the platform whose conduct appears to be adversely affecting the quality, integrity, and fairness of the chess experience. In my assessment, these organizations are contributing to an environment in which players are unnecessarily disturbed or prevented from participating in normal, competitive chess. I therefore respectfully request that the platform conduct a thorough and impartial investigation into these organizations and their activities. Where it is established that an organization is engaging in conduct that violates the platform's rules, undermines fair play, interferes with other users, or otherwise compromises the integrity of the platform, I ask that appropriate measures be taken, including, where warranted, the removal or suspension of such organizations from the platform. I further request that my own account and game history be reviewed in their proper context, rather than relying solely on the number of games played against a particular opponent or the resulting game outcomes. My intention is not to create conflict, but rather to preserve a fair, secure, and respectful environment in which players can participate in chess without undue interference or disruption. I therefore ask that this matter be treated seriously and reviewed objectively, with appropriate corrective measures taken where the evidence supports them. Thank you for your consideration. Second Review: The Chess App has good potential, but it needs significant improvements to make it more user-friendly and enjoyable. First, the login process should be much simpler, especially for older users. It should also be easier to recover or retrieve previously used accounts without unnecessary difficulty. The app should allow users to import all their chess friends easily so they can stay connected and play together. It would also be grat to have more learning features and better options for watching games played by other users. Theyshould be filtered to watch games with different time controls, such us 10-minutes, 15-minutes, 30-minutes, 1-hour, and other formats. Additionally, the app should make it easier to watch live tournaments and provide regular upadtes about recent and important games, major tournments, and notable chess events around the world. The app should become a platform where users can create and organize their own tournments. This would help chess players from around the world connect with each other, find new opponents, and participate in more community chess events. The advanced technology available today should be used to make the Chess app a better platform for learning chess and improving the overall playing experience. Smarter learning tools, personalized recommendations, and easier access to educational content could help players of all skills levels enjoy and improve their chess. Overall, the app meeds better accessibility, improved account management, enhanced learning tools, more user-created tournament options, and more engaging ways to follow the chess community. Third Review: I have decided to abord from playing certain games because I have observed recurring similarities in the strategies and patterns of play used by some players. In some cases, these players appear to participate under different names and from different countries, which raises concerns about the consistency and authenticity of their identities and gameplay. It also gives the impression that certain low-quality or poorly managed organizations may be employing such practices in ways that discourage or restrict users from fully enjoying the app as a platform for a genuine chess experience. I would also respectfully request that any restrictions, limitations, or penalties placed on my account as a result of abording from certain chess games be removed. I believe that choosing not to participate in games that raised legitimate concerns should not be considered wrongdoing or grounds for restricting my account. I kindly ask that my account and the circumstances surrounding these restrictions be reviewed objectively and fairly. I would appreciate the removal of any restrictions that were imposed in connection with this matter and hope that the platform can ensure a fair, transparent, and enjoyable chess environment for all players. Fourth Review: I have concerns about certain players using multiple usernames and different country affiliations to repeatedly disrupt the chess community. The players involved appear to use similar strategies and patterns of play. In this particular case, I suspect that the player use this username for only a few games before switching to another account and potentially playing against me again. I respectfully request that the platform investigate these accounts and determine whether they are connected or being used in violation of the platform’s rules.
