## What is Chessdown?

Chess that fights back. Your pieces ride an upward-scrolling conveyor while fresh enemy pieces spawn at the top every turn. Move your whole team, capture what you can, and don't let the board push you off the bottom. That's the whole game — everything else is depth.

FOUR MODES

PUZZLE — 300 hand-graded boards, every one solver-verified to be winnable. Clear all the enemies in a limited number of turns without losing a piece. Gentle at first, genuinely tricky later. Undo and Hint are always free, so you never get stuck.

ENDLESS — One conveyor, no finish line. Your score climbs with every capture and every row you outlast; take several pieces in a single turn for a multiplier. Five archetype teams — Cavalry, Bishops, Royalty and more — each with its own Game Center leaderboard.

DAILY — One board a day, the same for everyone. Keep your streak alive and climb the ladder. A year-deep archive to explore.

DAILY RUN — A fresh score-attack every day with a surprise team. Post your best, compare on the leaderboard, and share the board.

WATCH IT BACK

Every clear is recorded as an exact replay you can watch again — the board scrolls just the way you played it. Export any replay as a GIF or a video to share.
