And that's about it. The app does nothing. Literally just a black screen. I clicked on 'App Support' and it just takes you to the chessigma site - also just a black screen. If 'Chessigma' is a portmanteau of chess and enigma, these guys really did a great job. I feel like the subject of a social experiment. ### 1/5 — App doesn't work *2026-08-13* Slow to load, when it does it still can't pull up any games. Not much to say. ### 3/5 — Hoping For IPad support soon *2026-08-22* Downloaded today, bad formatting for iPad, hope this will be added soon! ### 4/5 — Helpful and Well Functioning App *2026-10-30* Started on their mobile web based version which was good. This app is even better in terms of seamless experience for learning and reviewing games from my connected Chess.com account. ### 4/5 — Great app besides audio issue *2026-08-31* My only issue with this app is that it pauses any audio i have going when i open it. Besides that, the app is great ### 4/5 — Good with some flaws *2026-08-01* I really like the free analysis and it’s ability to detect brilliants almost as in chess com, however the evaluation bar isn’t working properly most of the time. It displays completely wrong numbers and after the next move which it recommends, it shifts to the complete other side for no reason at all. Apart from that, I really enjoy using chessigma. ### 5/5 — Great app *2026-10-28* Perfect I gained 500 elo in a month love this app ### 5/5 — Very GOOD *2026-10-27* I have been using Chessigma since the beginning of my chess career. It has always helped me a lot, and the constant updates of the website are also cool. Learning and solving puzzles for free is a cool feature. Now I have discovered the app and can only recommend it. ### 5/5 — Free chess analysis *2026-10-18* Really good app, I didn’t have to pay anything and I can review all my chess games ### 5/5 — Great app! *2026-10-10* Yeah great even if you don’t buy the subscription it’s a great app 10/10 recommend ## Most praised reviews (6 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Best chess learning app *2026-10-10* Everything I want ed in a chess app, my only issue is I had this idea myself was going to make something very similar. Haven’t upgraded, but I will soon. ### 5/5 — One of the best chess training apps out there *2026-10-06* Chessigma has really helped me improve my chess strength. The analysis of my blunders and helping me correct those stands out as a feature most other apps miss. I tried Supercoach and it’s a must have if you are serious about chess. ### 5/5 — Amazing *2026-09-24* Amazing ### 5/5 — best free game reviewer *2026-08-14* but for some reason it won’t let me load any of my games because a error it still works fine on my other phone though ### 5/5 — free chess review *2026-08-13* I use it for the chess review because chess.com only has 1 per day and it works great ### 5/5 — Best review app *2026-07-30* You can review as many games as you want without ad ads and premium from different platforms across internet --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
